【香港素食餐廳】海景定美食？Why not Both?－Hooman by the sea

西九海濱長廊修葺後第一次到訪，記得很久以前來這邊就只有一片草地。現在多了一些咖啡店、餐廳、更完善的散步徑，整體感覺好了很多。雖然白天步行到西九文化區真的完全暴曬，但也是個呼吸新鮮空氣的好地方。平日人流較少，加上文化區和餐廳大多可以攜帶寵物，所以多數人都是帶同寵物來這邊散步。這cafe的戶外座位可完全欣賞海景，直望整個香港島。友人說他們的熱狗比較出名，不過因為都不是素食所以我還是點了素的全日早餐。全日早餐有薯餅、牛角包、沙律、素肉扒、番茄和蛋。份量看似不多但其實作為早午餐也很飽。

另外點了雜莓梳打，普普通通不過夏日炎炎飲梳打好爽快，但最欣賞的是他們用可生物降解100%環保的米漿飲管。 米漿飲管比紙飲管真的好很多很多，起碼我一邊飲不會不邊感覺它在溶。說真的，我十分討厭紙飲管，感覺自己一邊飲一邊食紙🥴雖然我們應該盡力少用飲管，但如果真的要用真希望所有餐廳都轉用更環保更好用的米漿飲管！整體來說，餐飲是簡單美味的，加上看着海景這點已令我十分滿足。

Vegetarian all day breakfast w/ berries soda［ovo vegetarian 蛋素］

The cafe locates in West Kowloon culture district and I can enjoy my meal with the great view. Sitting outdoor, looking at the Hong Kong island in a beautiful day is just great. There are not much people in the weekdays, so it’s nice to spend some chill time here with friends and pet. I guess hot dog is one of their famous menu, however its meat... Anyways, I picked the vegetarian all day breakfast. It goes with a hash browns, croissant, salad, impossible meat, tomato and eggs. Although the dish looks a bit small, it’s quite full as a brunch.

The berries soda is normal, but one thing I appreciate is that they use the biodegradable rice straws! To be honest, I really hate paper straws, as it easily melt while I am drinking the cold drinks. The rice straws is so much better and it’s more environmental friendly. Though it’s better for us to use less straws, but I really wish all restaurants just stop using those paper one, sometime I really feel like I am eating the paper straw. Anyways, the tasty breakfast is simple, and the whole atmosphere is perfect!
